Reschedule & Refund Policy
Thank you for considering Leveraging Financial Knowledge, LLC (LFK LLC) for your Financial-LifeSkills™ educational needs. We strive to give our clients/students exceptional service as we guide them on their path to financial empowerment. Our rescheduling and refund policy is a part of that commitment and we have included Q&A to answer some of the more typical inquiries. Questions and Answers
1. Something has come up and I can't make class -- is it possible to reschedule my Financial-LifeSkills™ class? Yes, if you are unable to attend the specific date you registered to attend, please contact us to reschedule for the same class at a later date.
2. I signed up for the wrong class, or changed my mind about which Financial-LifeSkills™ class I want to attend prior to attending, can I switch?Yes, you may switch your registration to another Financial-LifeSkills™ class by calling us to make the necessary arrangements.
3. I signed up for the full Financial-LifeSkills™ series but missed a class -- now what do I do? Do I need to reschedule the rest? You do not need to take the Financial-LifeSkills™ classes in any particular order and can catch up on missed classes during a later scheduled series by contacting us to make arrangements.
4. How long do I have to take/make up missed classes? How long is my credit good for?Credit on unattended classes is good for 1 year from the date you initially scheduled a class. Please contact us to make arrangements.
5. Is it possible to get a refund?We will refund your registration fee on any class (or classes) that have not yet occurred provided you contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the class you registered.
6. I missed a class -- am I still able to get a refund? A refund is only available on classes that have not yet occurred. Your registration fee can be used against another class or the same one you initially registered when it is available again. Please call us to arrange.
7. I signed up for the series but already missed a class or two, can I still get a refund?If you registered for multiple classes or the full Financial-LifeSkills™ series, a prorated refund will be given on any classes that have not yet occurred and you choose not to reschedule. The classes you missed will remain a credit with us. You must contact us to arrange the refund and the credit.
8. I registered using an LFK, LLC gift card -- how will my refund be issued?The refund will be made on the same credit card/institution that was used to register. If an LFK, LLC gift card was used for registration, the refund will be given to the original purchaser of the LFK, LLC gift card and not the gift card recipient.
9. I am dissatisfied with a class I attended -- can I get a refund?Refunds cannot be given for classes that that have already been attended. However, if you feel you did not receive value from the session, we strongly urge you to contact us so we may help satisfy your educational expectations and learn how to improve our Financial-LifeSkills™ class offerings.
